Back exercise
A great workout for building back muscle is reverse flies. Always maintain good form.
Back Workouts
There are a number of different workouts and exercises to bulk up any muscle group desired. They can rang from free weight, dumbbell, straight bar, cable, body weight and fitness equipment. Lat pull downs are a great exercise to bulk up your back and biceps. This exercise can be done with cables and you can also work the same muscles performining weighted pull up in which you add more weight to your normal body weight via securing it to your waist with a weight belt. Mantain good form and use maximum weight, with 6-12 reps for each set.

Sraight bar bicep curls great exercise to build bigger and stronger biceps. This exercise will really target the biceps. Perform 3 sets with 6 to 12 reps for each set.
